WHAT THE FOUNDHER FIRE
 SELF-LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME IS

It’s not a course, there’s no end date, no certificate. It’s not a one size fits all programme. And it’s not another thing on the to-do list. It’s a sustained self-leadership development membership, meeting you in the reality of your life.

The scaffold is helical by design: it doesn’t pretend life’s a straight line. Each week and month builds on the last through live calls and events, all recorded so you can plug and play if you’re in a personal time zone. Each quarter deepens what’s come before. Progress compounds rather than plateaus. The cracking on – on purpose – you do in here holds under pressure in the world, not just in the room where you did it.

The monthly rhythm

Ignite clarity, confidence, courage, energy and forge infrastructure.

Peer Co-Lab: Visibility, confidence and navigating what comes next

This month’s Peer Co-Lab demonstrated the power of a diverse room and psychological safety in action. Members explored how to use photography workshops to build visibility and opportunities, how to create ethical and commercially viable support programmes in sensitive areas of expertise and how to work with changing energy, capacity and performance. Alongside practical business strategy, the room explored Emotional Agility, the NASA framework, circles of control and the 85% Rule, proving that somebody else’s challenge often contains the insight you’ve been looking for too.

“I didn’t fully know what a scaffolding system was. Now it’s a part of my daily life. A group of women who ‘get me’. Support that’s there for all aspects of life: work, family, identity. Nearly a year on from meeting Sarah, I know I wouldn’t be where I am without her unwavering support and genuinely wonderful 360 scaffolding system.”
